This is intended for clients that need assistance with designing a layout and sourcing furnishings and decor and are not local to Orlando or the Central Florida area. This service is good for both full home designs as well as single rooms. The Consultation for this service is held virtually to discuss your project's scope. After you’ve had your Consultation, we’ll provide you with a customized quote outlining design fees and contract.

This is a complimentary 20 minute phone call to discuss your project goals and needs. During our call, we'll discuss the details of your project scope, our process and deliverables, fees and timeline and determine your next steps.

After our Discovery call we’ll put together your personalized proposal outlining your project scope with design fees and contract. We’ll begin your design at the next available date once the contract has been signed and the design fee retainer paid in full.

We’ll schedule an in-home consultation to do a walk-through of your home, take photos, measurements and gather all pertinent information to aid in the design of your project.

We bring the layout to life with design boards,renderings and tactile finishes for you to touch and feel. We partner with a host of trusted trades and vendors and we present them to you at prices below retail. We include all furnishings, fixtures, palettes etc. and we present it all to you at your design presentation for your approval.

Once the design has been approved, we begin placing all orders and tracking is monitored through to installation.To ensure all projects are executed as intended,we make and coordinate all purchases associated with the design on your behalf and have all items shipped to our warehouse.

Once all details have been finalized and construction complete, we begin the installation and final styling of your home. Rather than piecemeal installations as items deliver, we schedule a day (or multiple days depending on project scale) to execute the final install and transform your space all at once for a grand reveal.

If you’re interested in hiring IHI for your home, please schedule a free 20 minute Discovery call consultation on our website and complete the included questionnaire about your design needs.
In Home Consultations are a one time non-refundable fee of $300 for 2 hours.
Yes, we can take existing pieces into consideration when designing for you. We will discuss what you have and would like to incorporate during the design process.
Coming out of your in-home consultation meeting, we’ll send you a personalized proposal which will outline the scope of the project and our design fees in order to execute what’s needed. Design fees are billed to the client as each phase of the project progresses and are estimated at a percentage of the total project cost broken out into 3 payments over the life of the project.
